Parent envolvement is a key component of your child's education at Rocky Mountain Classical Academy, thus, we require 24 volunteer hours/school year for two parent households, or 12 volunteer hours/school year for single parent households.  Please reference the Parent-Student Handbook for additioanl volunteer information.

We offer several opportunites throughout the school year to fulfill this requirement.    Please check back to this page often, as volunteer opportunities will be updated as needs arise.

*  Volunteer Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator is the point person for all MS volunteers - scheduling volunteers for projects, tracking volunteer hours, etc.  Approximately 5 hours/week.  

*  Consumables Needed

   -- Copy paper is needed on a regular basis.  1 case (10 reams) = 6 volunteer hours.

   -- Healthy, nut-free, non-perrishable snacks for when students forget their lunch.  $10 = 1 volunteer hour

      (suggested items: Capri Suns/Juice Boxes, individual serving sized snacks/dried fruit/fruit cups, granola/breakfast bars, individual serving sized crackers/chips etc.)

   -- Clorox Wipes and Hand Sanitizer.  $10 = 1 volunteer hour

* Other Items

   -- Used Printer Cartridges (all brands) - No volunteer hours given.
